We are thrilled to announce the launch of brand new communications hub for our families: The Blue Jay Family Connection!
At Johns Hopkins, we understand the importance of family engagement in supporting our students’ academic and personal journey. That’s why we’re excited to introduce this new interactive platform, dedicated to staying connected with all things Hopkins.
With the Blue Jay Family Connection you will have the ability to customize your experience. Whether you’re interested in academic resources for your student, campus events, or important deadlines, you can curate your preferences to receive information that matters most to you and your family.

As a Blue Jay Family, you play an essential role in your student’s transition and success at Hopkins. Family Engagement is here to provide resources and support as you and your student navigate the university and encounter new and dynamic experiences that occur while your student is at JHU.
New Families – Welcome!
A warm Blue Jay Welcome to all of the families of our newly admitted students! Family Engagement is here to assist with your transition to Johns Hopkins. We will offer a full orientation webinar series starting in May 2024 for our incoming families. Visit our Hop on Board page for recordings of last years webinar series. Newly admitted families who are encouraged to sign up for The Blue Jay Family Connection to receive information about upcoming events.
