- Congratulations Class of 2012 parents -- Commencement 2012 is just around the corner on Thursday, May 24. Like JHU Commencement 2012 on Facebook for new information and important updates!
- Kudos and Welcome to the Class of 2016! Parents, please complete your Family Information Form and then check out the important dates and information. Move-In and Orientation takes place on Wednesday, August 29 and Thursday, August 30, 2012. Students will receive more detailed information directly from the Orientation office via their student portal.
- End of semester is here! Residence halls close for all students at noon on Friday, May 18th. Please see Housing calendar for full description of Residence Hall and Dining details.

- Parents Advising Handbook From Move-in through Commencement, a helpful guide for all parents to navigate the incredible range of resources available for your Hopkins student.
- The new and improved Blue Jay Shuttle is up and running, transporting students around campus and the surrounding neighborhoods. Students can check when the next bus is coming from an AP on their smartphone or view the map provided by Parking and Transportation.
- Know how to speak Blue Jay? Now that you have a Blue Jay living with you, you’ll need a reference list of a few Johns Hopkins-specific terms to help translate some of the things they say to you.
